I better version compared to the traditional version that belittles children.

My son loves this book. It's his favorite adaptation. It is also the second one we have purchased seeing the first one didn't survive the toddler years of an over excitable autistic child. And I love the fact that we got the digital version as a bonus while we where waiting on this book to get to us.
We have another version with the original phrases that we both (mom & dad) thought were inappropriate language for a 4 year old when the mother calls her son a stupid boy. As a parent of a special needs child the last thing I need is another bad word that he would repeat incisively in public. It's bad enough being judged by default but to add insult to injury I'd rather that the PC rewrite over the harsh classic especially considering our son doesn't understand what insults are.
So, basically. If you want a fun version of an old classic without all the words that would get your kids in trouble I'd go with this version.
