The idea is great but maybe i just got a bad one. The initial flap where written card is was glued together so it tore on the page when i opened it. Also it appears the first page after that is stuck together. Also, I’m not quite understanding the pages saying “i have lots to teach, like which shelf is the one that I can’t reach.” Seems like it’s incorrectly worded.

I need to look better at what I'm buying. Quickly just clicked on what I thought was a cute book about turning one. Turns out it's a very very very little greeting card, like with an envelope....guess it's a cute little birthday card? But if you're looking for a book, yeah, no.

Pages stuck together. Ruined.

I ordered this for my granddaughter's 1st birthday. I kept it unopened in a dry place for close to a month before opening it. When I opened it for her birthday, the pages were stuck together. I tried to get them apart, unsuccessfully. Also, the book is very small. I would definitely pass on this one and go to an actual Hallmark store or card store and buy something.

I got this as a "card" to put with my best friend's daughter for her first birthday. It was 2 pages front and back, no rhymes, storyline, nothing. Had I known that, I would have spent the $6 on a card at cvs OR better what, had my 10 month old daughter make one. very very disappointing

Cute idea but i would return if i didnt need it for my granddaughters birthday tomorrow! MUCH smaller than i expected & (i may have missed this fact when ordering) its only 4 pages!!!! NOT worth the 7.00! Also the front of the book where you open to sign it, was glued to the part you write on and the page tore when i tried (gently) to get it open! I ended up using a glue stick to patch it up but i WOULD NOT recommend purchasing this book! Again, NOT worth the money!

Ordered this to go with a gift for our 1 yr old great granddaughter. It is actually more of a booklet like card than a "book" because there are not many pages, and very little wording. That would have been okay; however, one third of the "pages" was stuck together. I ignored the reviews that mentioned pages being stuck together, guess I thought I'd be one of the special folks, and get an intact book instead of a defective one, lol. Lesson learned.

I’m not someone who would typically leave a review, and even though this purchase was only a few dollars, I was so disappointed when I opened the package. I wish I would have listened those who left similar reviews before me. The first three pages of the book that we received are totally stuck together and are impossible to open! My husband & I even tried to separate the pages by carefully using a small knife. As you can see in the photos, even that didn’t work. So, so disappointed. And I hope to save someone else from experiencing the same disappointment. The book is cute, but chances are, your pages will be stuck, too. Find something else.
