Another adventure with the FBI Trouble Squad, or should I say adventures? This book is chock full of amazing magical puzzles that affect the entire school. Simple spells gone wrong, pranks that turn life-threatening and so much more! Dive in and enjoy the story as Raine and company try to make it through their Junior year unscathed! It's a great ride!
Raine and the FBI Trouble Squad enjoy a trouble free second semester of their Junior year at the School of Necessary Magic until a powerful chaotic influence starts wreaking havoc with the magic at the school. Despite orders to stay out of the investigation, they are unwillingly and literally dragged into the battle with the evil witch. A story with mystery, chaotic magic, and plenty of edge of your seat action, Judith Berens has crafted a book that kept me up way too late as I couldn't rest without knowing how it ended. Well done indeed, most excellent author. 😉
And entertaining urban fantasy action adventure series. A great cast of characters a magical school or we follow along as a group of freshman start out and go all the way through their senior year. Through the series of books. I think kind of like Hogwarts but not quite. We follow a group of students who become friends and get into and out of trouble and have adventures. This is one series out of mini written by several different authors in the same magical world. Occasionally you will see some of the other characters crossover into each other’s books but you will always be entertained. Check them out
Junior year is a strange time... almost a mighty senior, having freshman look up to you, yet growing unsure of what the future may hold. Trying to develop a plan for the future and what you will become, not yet knowing what tricks life will have in store for you. A mystical time....looking back to then is a bit of wonder from what you have experienced as opposed to what you expected. So it is with Raine and her friends.

I originally started using Kindle Unlimited to be able to read books by these authors. This book has validated the decision. Raine Campbell is now in her Junior year of high school and is growing in her magic and relationship with the world. New challenges help her learn many lessons quickly. No matter which universe I read from this group of authors I continue to be surprised and look forward to future books.
Raine and company are growing up and taking a more adult stance on life. They actually didn't really look for trouble this time, it found them. Of course, being the kind of people they are, they don't back down from a challenge. I hope there is a FBI witch series after they graduate. I like Raine as a character and think she will be a heck of an agent.
Congratulations to Judith Berens and Martha Carr for this amazing. It’s hard to stop and take a break. It’s extremely hard to find such interesting and exciting authors who not only write intelligently but also provide top rated plots, characters and excitement in the stories. I’m really looking forward to the next book.
