quick delivery, seller was 100%. Book itself written by doctors, difficult to get through, repetitive in places, too small print, heavy content, difficult to get through. Will include this review to the educational institution to not use for future classes as is not useful if class refuses to use.

Not as described. It is actually the international version with a black strip over the top to conceal the red banner stating international version. Compared it to a friend with the US version and another friend with the international version. Highly upset after paying more for the US version and not receiving it.

Page numbers are not like the text in the kindle version; Writing is ok

I have seen the paper version and it does not have 64,527 pages. They should not advertise that the page numbers correspond because I bought it thinking that the page numbers would easily line up (unfortunately my professors have not figured out how to give us both the paper/digital page numbers).
Also the writing is ok but not concise. More tables and a study guide would be helpful.

Still a good resource, but older editions are better. It is more like a textbook now. The older editions seemed to have much more on Differential Dx including physical etiologies. Not going to use it much. I’m in private practice and teach.
