This product's design totally sucks. There are four height options delivered by removable leg segments attached to the base. If you want the lowest height of 1", like I did, you have to forego the leg segments and just use the base. The base is unsteady on its own unless you insert the black end piece in each slot. The problem? This piece once inserted CANNOT be removed from the base because it slides right into the slot and there is no grip to be able to remove it, so the user permanently forfeits the use of the other leg segments and no longer has access to higher adjustment options. In what world does it make sense to restrict your customers' choices like that? They should have included a lever or something to allow the removal of the black piece if needed.
Also, the base has a slight curve that protrudes forward that bumps into the keyboard. My desk doesn't have room for this, so I would have had to push the monitor and stand back to an uncomfortable level.
Overall, a really terrible design and quite overpriced. Disappointed.
