Amazon calculates a product’s star ratings based on a machine learned model instead of a raw data average. The model takes into account factors including the age of a rating, whether the ratings are from verified purchasers, and factors that establish reviewer trustworthiness.
I am only giving you a one star rating because, you didn’t send me the correct item, that was pictured in your listing. I never got the gold record that I paid top dollar for. Instead, I received the regular old lp, that I could have bought at Goodwill, or any other thrift store. I was considering keeping it anyway, since I paid so much money for it, but, when I played it, I didn’t even recognize his voice. My brother owned this album long time ago, when it first came out, so, I was definitely familiar with how he sounded. This is the reason I chose this particular record, for it to be like a memorial to him, having died so young. I didn’t know it at the time, that this was going to be his last album. Both of us played it so much, while we were waiting for him to release his next one, that we wore it out, and that’s the reason why I wanted to have this gold record. Anyway, that is why I sent it back for a refund, because you didn’t send me the right one, and the one I did get sounded horrible!
