Top critical review
Needs to be updated, but still helpful

Buyer beware: this book was written in 2005. Which if you're old like me wasn't long ago, or so I thought. The book refrences two banks that collapsed in 2008 n refering to them as good banks because of their easy approval process; probably why the collapsed. It also recommends buying a PDA to help keep track of your projects timeline, and provides very detailed steps on how to use Google to search for images and websites. However, apart from the trip down memory lane there are some useful tidbits to keep in mind. I wouldn't say it's not worth the $12, but if you're looking for banking advice this book will not be overally helpful due to changes made by banks since the housing bubble in 2008.
