My daughter made all sorts of fun crafts with this paper for Valentine’s Day. It’s a little on the thin side but it still did the job & no complaints from her, which is all that matters. I would buy again.
I homeschool my 3 children and need construction paper for art projects. This "construction" paper is no more thick than a regular piece of paper. There is no heft or sturdiness to it. I feel like it's just unlined paper with color.
Note: not the US size you think it is. Good paper, but C4 is NOT us letter or legal, probably won't fit in your printer if you're not in Europe.
These are great for Origami though. Gave 'em to a friend who does that after not researching carefully enough and assuming these would fit a US printer. My fault really, and I know we're in an international economy, but could be explained well in the listing.
Would probably also be great for rainy-day old-school fun for creative young kids who don't stare at screens 24/7 and actually want to create something, rather than just consuming things made by others.
I've been looking for construction papers at Costco. Last time(almost 2 year ago) they had similar(or exact same one?), but no luck for recent couple of visits. My girl who's love drawing and crafts picks any paper without any hesitation. This is not sturdy but cutting or ripping and folding this paper is easy for 3 or 4 years-old hands. No frustrations. Love cheap price. Now I'm able to let her use as many as she wants.
These things keep the kids busy for hours and out of your hair. Just keep an eye on them because they may decide that they want to create some kind of whatever and cut the papers into pieces and you'll spend the afternoon cleaning them up.
I would have given this item 5 stars, but, as was pointed out to me by my 3 kids who wanted all the colors of the rainbow, there is no purple paper in this set. There are, however, 2 shades of blue which is just silly. If this set had purple it would have been perfect. Other than that it's great. My kids have been using it for schoolwork and for fun crafts at home.
I bought this pack to do a small project with my kids and getting this huge pack cost about the same as a much smaller, name brand pack. It isn’t amazing paper, but for kids, it’s a really good value. My only complaint is the white paper seems to be standard weight paper, not construction paper.
It’s not very good. It’s thick, hard to fold in crisp lines, not very pigmented, not lustrous. Just something to give to toddlers to practice. If you try to make anything nice out of it, you will be frustrated. Won’t work for origami. Not pretty enough for a handmade card.
Great value. My toddlers love using this for art projects. Even if they’re thrown in the trash, I don’t feel bad because of the price. Worth getting in bulk for multiple craft/teaching projects without breaking the bank.
