Clearly someone much smarter than me used principles of physics and had lunch with Houdini and this was the result of that meeting.
I hung 40, yes 40 pound wood carvings on the wall- the original drywall I should mention of a 1970s house and 8 months later they're still standing beautiful as ever. This product is easy to use and if I can hang those suckers all by myself- you can too!

This is a tricky product.
When it works it is just great. Like magic it holds everything to the wall. It easy to install and it's strong.
But for it to work all the stars must be aligned. If there is a box in the wall, it doesn't work. If there is a stud, it doesn't work. If the drywall is over brick, it doesn't work. If the space behind the drywall if narrow, it doesn't work. Overall, I had 7-8 place I wanted to use it and I was able to get it to work in 3 or 4 of them.

So good! I had heard of these before but always used command strips instead to avoid putting holes in the walls. Boy what a mistake that was! These are so easy use, no time at all, and are so much more durable. I had to immediately order 50 more because there's just so much stuff it can hang up. I apologize for the shakiness in my video but I really wanted to show how it takes no time at all to hang something up. Highly recommend!

I don't know where all these wonderful reviews are coming from or what I did wrong(I followed the direction to the t) but I so regret buying this product. I used the largest hook to hang my brand new 30lb clock. Everything looked fine and sturdy when I was done. I was pleased with the outcome. I went to do a quick grocery shopping and when I came back, my clock was lying on the floor, broken! I am really angry at myself for buying this instead of using nails like I did with all my frames and canvas. This hooks are useless! Don't buy it!

Well, I am sold. The regulator clock is on the wall, next to the front door, and is solid. Great invention!

Absolutely LOVE this product! I recently moved into a new apartment and brought with me a large 25# mirror. It has sat on the floor in my dining area for a month simply because I've been dreading the thought of the holes I'd have to put into the wall to hang it. I was all set to go with the standard drywall screws (I even bought 2 packages), but decided first to search for tips on hanging mirrors. I'm so glad I did or I would never have stumbled across a shout out for Monkey Hook in one of the search results. I admit I do most of my online shopping based on customer reviews, so I read quite a few before deciding to place the order. I am happy to say that not only have I hung the mirror (by myself mind you), but I have also hung several other items. I have used all 3 sizes, each with no issues whatsoever. Honestly, determining and measuring for placement was much more time consuming than installing the Monkey Hook itself. It really does take just seconds. If you are at all on the fence about purchasing this, don't be. It really does work just as promised. I would recommend this to anyone and would order it again in a minute. Thanks!

Why didn't I think of these??? We recently moved so my wife has generally had a couple items for me to hang every week for the past two months. Historically I have been an "OK, I will get to it" sort of guy as I just don't drop everything and go look for the right size hanger, find my hammer and tape measure and hang something on demand. Once she brought me a monkey hook though the job has gotten so much easier and neater. No tools required, just push the monkey hook through the drywall, turn it right side up and the job is done. This pack has heavy duty, regular and short/ tight fit sizes that have worked for every job so far. We just keep them in a kitchen drawer and they greatly simplify the effort for hanging all sorts of things. They are less intrusive to the wall and easy to move around as well. The old style picture hangars that we have used forever are not obsolete.

Best hook for hanging...ANYTHING on sheetrock

Possibly the best gadget for hanging pictures and other things. If you have sheetrock walls (most modern homes do), this is the best thing for hanging anything you need to on your walls. I had to hang a framed mirror in the bathroom and it required two holders for proper placement and fitment. I am not the handy type, but I just measured the distance I needed and inserted the monkey hook into the wall. It took me less than five minutes to hang the mirror. There are some YouTube videos that illustrate exactly how to use the product. Buy it, you won't be disappointed.

I have the original Hercules hook and they are great, I don't know how this merchant could compare these Monkey hooks with the original Hercules hook. The monkey hooks suck.........They are hard to get into sheet rock walls and have no flexibility to hang pictures. The hole size is much larger and did not hold the weight it claim to hold. I will search the web for the original Hercules and toss these in the garbage. Truly a waste of money.
Don't try them, you will be sorry. I wish I could give a minus zero for this item.
