Amazon calculates a product’s star ratings based on a machine learned model instead of a raw data average. The model takes into account factors including the age of a rating, whether the ratings are from verified purchasers, and factors that establish reviewer trustworthiness.
I personally haven't used this, but got it for my elderly mother-in-law who was feeling extremely depressed and wondering what the point in living was if her life was going to continue as it was. After a week, she was a different person. She was smiling again and not feeling hopeless. She has told me I should tell anybody who is depressed that they should try this out. It contains a lot of supplements that are expensive to buy separately, and on Amazon, it is a real bargain. You should note that it contains a minute amount of lithium, so if you are on anti-depressants, you should probably call the company to see if it would be safe to take this with your medication.
Took this stuff for years when I lived in Seattle. It's a nice way to lift a mild depression, without side effects (as far as I know). No problem to stop taking it when you feel like it, except it does work to smooth out the rough spots, so you might get depressed again if you stop taking it.
