Reading many of James Van Praagh's books has changed my life. MEDITATIONS reviews the basics of how to begin the process of meditation. He also provides specific methods to examine, understand, accept and appreciate each challenge as an opportunity for growth and love. As you read this amazing book and engage in meditation, you will surely have amazing experiences that exceed anything you have known to be possible. During meditation, you may believe your thoughts are your own, because you "hear" them in your own voice. Trust your thoughts to be gifts from Spirit and allow freedom of those thoughts to flow. Remember them. They will mean something to you as you reflect upon them. Maybe you will recognize the source is from a loved one who has passed, who is there for you.
