Best office tape

I ship one package every week or two and hate having to sneak the industrial size tape machine out of Shipping Dept, so these tape dispensers are ideal. The start of the roll is unstuck so you can begin using it without shredding it into strips trying to start it. The size is perfect for my desk drawer. I order these in packs of two and reorder when I start my last roll.

Be sure you get this heavy duty 3.1 mil thick and not the thin giftwrapping tape. My packages make it overseas just fine.

After very little use, this roll of tape is useless! The metal cutting strip bent so that the tape does not rip off and you need to use scissors to cut the tape off.
The tape is also VERY VERY thin!! Overall does not work.
I ASKED FOR REFUND AND SELLER TOLD ME TO PAY FOR IT MYSELF‼️‼️‼️
Just go to OFFICE DEPOT or STAPLES and you’ll still save $$!

The product is great; its SCOTCH. I was just surprised at how small it was. My mind can't wrap around "800 inches" and I assumed it was the normal size for this type of tape. Its not. Therefore, I'm not sure its worth the price.

Will not dispense after first use.

After first use, cannot peel tape from the role. Very frustrating. Tried even using a utility knife to create a new edge, no luck. If I do manage to peel away an edge, tape comes off in narrow strips. This is like the behavior I saw from cheap substitutes in the past. Same behavior from multiple roles, which are now unusable.

I will always buy Scotch brand shipping packaging tape, especially because I tried the DUCK brand & was so disappointed by how thin the tape was, it kept breaking, and it was frustrating to use. It’s SCOTCH brand for me!

No starter tab?

I've been using these forever with no trouble. The tape is strong and the dispenser makes it easy. This time, there was no starter tab or starter edge... I'm no sure what to call it. Tried making an edge with scissors which sort of worked, but ended up with sticky shreds of tape which were useless. I'm really surprised, never had this issue before. Anyway, trying another brand.

I have been struggling with cheap, thin tape that is difficult to use and so thin I have to use twice as much. Better to pay a little more and have sturdy and easy taping.

The product I received is NOT what is pictured here. Different type of tape. Even the width was inaccurate. Most people might not recognize it but there's a difference between the quality of the product pictured and what I rec'd. Disappointing! Waste of time and resources.
