Super convenient and almost as good as freshly cooked

I two two rice cookers, and I keep several different kinds of rice on hand- short grain, long grain, white, brown, black, red, basmati, texamati, and probably some I’m forgetting. I like making rice, and I love the smell of freshly cooked rice. But sometimes I’m just too riushed, or too lazy. That’s where these precooked bowls come in. They’re the next best thing to freshly cooked rice, and they’re ready 90 seconds after you decide to heat them up. A bowl is a perfect serving for one. I like to have mine with some canned prepared eel, spicy cucumber, eggplant, or other vegetable, and kimchi.
