Life is complicated for Stevie Baci - she is trying to help her sisters save the family winery, run a limousine service and live through her ex-fiance's engagement to a princess that she is chauffeuring around Napa. Jacques (Jack) Parini is the very protective older brother of said princess who survived a kidnapping with his sister when they were younger. Jack is attracted to Stevie and finds himself re-evaluating the frivolous life that he has led in recent years. This is was a really enjoyable tale of two very different people learning to trust, laugh and love in the Napa Wine Country. Christie Ridgeway's sense of humor in this second installment of the Baci Trilogy as usual stands out. LOL!!
Crush on You (Three Kisses)Can't Hurry Love (Three Kisses)
Then He Kissed Me by Christie Ridgway is an absolute delight. Its funny, sexy and will sweep you off your feet.
Stevie Baci enjoyed having her own business Napa Princess Limousine. It was bad enough that she got stuck on New Year's Eve driving her former fiancée and his royal bride to be around town. Also along for the ride is the bride to be brother, the prince. Jacques Parini is friends with the Baci's neighbors the Bennett brothers. He is one fine looking man and Stevie decides she wants to have an affair just like a man would.
Jacques Parini has lived his life to the fullest after he and his sisters were kidnapped in their teen years. Now at his sisters wedding he finds himself rethinking his whole way of life. Jack is eager to find out of the sexy limo driver taste as good as she looks. He is perplexed by her and drawn to her like no other woman he has ever met.
Stevie and Jack both have issues from their past to deal with but their attraction is something that neither can ignore. Nor do they want to.
Then He Kissed Me is enchanting from beginning to end. The witty conversations between Stevie and Jack just snap and sizzle. Their sexual chemistry ignites every time they are together. This book is spectacular and makes me want the next book now. Love this series.

Then He Kissed Me is the second book in the Intoxicating trilogy. It's a Contemporary romance and this book IMO is the best of all 3. No cheating, no cliff hangers and a HEA.
Stevie Baci is the middle sister and has always been a wild child. She opens her own side business and names it Napa Princess Limousine. Stevie would never have dreamt that one day she would be driving a real prince around Napa Valley, CA.
Jacques Parini, aka "Jack", is in wine country not only looking to expand his family's wine interests but to intercede if he must for his sisters wedding. Stevie was once engaged to his sisters groom and she drives him crazy. But after kissing her he finds that he wants more kisses, more everything but most especially her heart.
Then He Kissed Me by Christie Ridgway Contemporary Romance- Jan. 4th, 2011 3 1/2 stars
Out of the Baci sisters, Stevie is the middle girl. Unlike her eldest or the youngest sister, Stevie does not help out at the Baci Winery. Instead she focuses on her own business called, the Napa Princess Limousine. When the Baci sisters transform the winery into a wedding destination, Stevie ends up as the limo chaffeur and wedding planner for her ex-boyfriend - a man who abruptly dumped her for a real Princess. Unfortunately, the bride's brother, Jacques Parini, takes it upon himself to oversee the event and make sure that Stevie will not sabotage his sister's wedding. But is doesn't take Jack long form him to realize that Stevie is very dangerous to his mind and his heart. Can he win his this Napa Princess's heart?
Fun and breezy, this is a charming story about a tomboy who secretly seeks acceptance and a prince who is really a simple farmer at heart looking for meaning in his life. Stevie is an out and out tomboy, treated by the guys as one of them, and capable of fixing cars and doing rough-and-tough jobs. But, her inner self-doubts, her constant struggle to be liked, and her unwillingness to display her feminine side makes her a likeable and relatable character. Similarly, Jack Parini might be as glossy as model on the outside, but in the inside, he still deals with the repercussions from a traumatic incident in the past. Reading about them getting together was funny and heartwarming at the same time.
An engaging story with two interesting main characters, this book is for those who dream about a princess fairy tale romance.

I was browsing through Goodreads one night when I saw that there is a lot of new romance books coming out in the next couple of months. While doing this, I stumbled upon the Three Kisses series by Christie Ridgway. Then He Kissed Me is the second book in the series. The summary sounded good, the reviews were positive and that compelled me to take a chance on the books. And boy, I was pleasantly surprised, and really happy that I did!
This is one of those books that you just wanna curl up with on a weekend and enjoy late into the night. It's about Stevie Baci and Prince Jacque or Jack as he'd rather be called. I was definitely looking forward to reading this after `Crush on you' which featured the youngest of the Three Baci sisters. See, Stevie is the middle child. The daughter who was always getting herself into messes. Literally. She was a tomboy in her youth and still is even as an adult. I liked that about her. She was tough and strong and hung out with the boys. She owns her own business called Napa Princess Limousine, which she works at as a chauffeur. This is how she met her prince. She Just come off of a rather unpleasant breakup, and now she found herself driving around her ex and his princess bride, Roxanne. Who is Jack's sister. Poor Stevie, I thought. But then things got interesting. Jack, whose got this rep as being a bad boy, etc, sticks on to Stevie, like white on rice or as he put it `fly in her champagne'.
He wants to make sure that she doesn't come between his sister's happiness. So he comes up with this plan to put his sister's mind at ease. What ensues is an amazingly fun and super sexy story with a little bit of angst thrown int sweeten the pot. Also, did I mention that Jack speaks French? When he calls Stevie `mon ange' I about swoon my ass off. He's so slick and yummy.
I really enjoyed reading the second book in Christie Ridgway's `three kisses' trilogy. Her writing is upbeat and smart and delightful
Christie Ridgway, the queen of contemporary romance, pens another winner with Then He Kissed Me, a modern-day fairy tale set in the Napa Valley. The three Baci sisters, Allie, Stevie, and Giuliana, are determined to save the family winery, even if they must transform it into the perfect wedding destination to do so.
In the prequel, Crush on You, Allie had landed the man of her dreams. Now its Stevies turn to find her real life Prince Charming. Stevie had been devastated when left, almost at the altar, by her fiance Rex. But her pride wont allow her to show weakness, not even when Rex returns to the Napa Valley with new bride-to-be Princess Roxanne of Ardenia.
As the owner of Napa Princess Limos, Stevie shouldn't have to interact with the happy couple, but when Allie breaks a leg, literally, Stevie must pitch in to ensure the wedding will proceed at the Tanti Baci winery without a hitch. If anyone can do it, feisty Stevie can.
Then He Kissed Me is everything readers are looking for in a modern romance: a wonderful back story, great characters, and a satisfying feeling of contentment when they turn that last page.
