Everything I expect from my Kraft Mac And Cheese

These kept me alive. In all seriousness, I had to travel and stay in a motel for work and I didn't get a per diem for meals so I had to live on whatever was inexpensive and could be prepared in a microwave in my motel room. These fit the bill. I'm actually quite impressed with them. I was afraid they wouldn't have the rich flavor I expect from my mac and cheese. In case you didn't know, the rich and creamy flavor of mac and cheese comes mostly from fat. There is fat in the cheese, fat in the milk you use and fat in the butter (if you don't use margarine.) The problem is that it's really tough to dehydrate "fat." That's why powdered milk is "non fat." So since I knew this stuff had to have very little fat (only 3 grams) I was afraid the taste would suffer. I was pleasantly surprised to find they taste quite good.
