A good guide for rageaholics

This book helped me better understand how my psyche works. I have intermittent explosive disorder and psychiatric wards have never explained to me how to deal with the tantrums the way this book has. It's far from a cure all, but it has helped me cope and learn why certain situations cause me the stress that they do. The book works in tandem with the breathing exercises that I do on a regular basis to prevent any meltdowns. If you got anger related impulse problems and have a few dollars then give this book a try. It helped me and it might help you too.
