I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING ITEMS FROM JOHN'S 4x4 CENTER

Poor customer support. I received the track bar missing two 1/8 inch shouldered spacers and containing an attach bolt and nut that seem to be the correct size but are inconsistent with the other bolt and nut type combination. The shorter bolt is of a lower grade and has a regular nut and is missing the applicable spacers while the longer attach bolt is of a higher grade, has a self locking nut, and has the required 5/16 inch shouldered spacers along with its 1.85" OE bracket spacer. No installation instructions were included so I had to bring it up on my computer which is when I discovered there were missing parts. I received this item on Mar 21st. Looked up the installation instructions to install it on Mar 23rd. Called John's 4x4 Center on Monday, March 24th to inform them of the missing parts. They said they would locate the parts and would get back to me. Called them back on Mar 26th cause they never got back to me. I was told that the parts will be located and sent and if not located, they would send me a new unit all together. It is now April 18th, I have not heard from John's 4x4, and there sits my Jeep with no front track bar. And one more thing, the order confirmation sheet that was in the box had a hand written thank you note on it from John's 4x4. Only problem is, when I first called John's about the missing parts, I found out that person doesn't work there anymore. How does that happen???
