Don't overthink this!

I read this book and started the exercises on October 30, 2018, I've been going ever since and haven't missed a day, I'm now on notebook 8! For those who, like me, are skeptical, I'd say don't overthink this, read the exercises and do them regardless of your internal conversation. I started this all enthusiastic, then decided it was too hokey and I got bored, then decided I'd made a commitment to myself to complete the book, so I would and I did. Once the book was completed I just kept going and haven't stopped. The first improvement I saw was in my sleep, the next was in my general attitude, I became a happier person and obstacles don't stress me as much; having a written list of everything going well in my life counter balances the times when life is rough; I became less reactive to circumstances. My business is more successful than ever and every morning I give thanks for the blessing of a new day. The practices in this book have significantly contributed to my having a better life; if you decide to do this practice, I know your life will improve too.
