Although I must admit I have not read this whole book front page to back of every single page. With a little experience of meditation, with about three years, under my belt I read all of the exercises and meditations and took over a month to compact all those exercises at the end of the book into one long meditation if about an hour and up to two hours in length of sitting. I did this over a month. At the end of each chapter it has one to three maybe even four exercises most which can be done be practiced in meditation and it helps to deal with whatever you have come to not accept.
I read this book for the experience of practicing its meditations that helps with acceptance. I felt like I went on a good journey with these practices and compiled them into one meditation. This was a good short journey I took. To help me with dealing with things that are difficult to accept. I came out of this with a better perspective on life and an experience of a healthier mindset.
