Cut the fluff
Reviewed in the United States on September 17, 2017
This was an assigned text in business school for me this semester. I get what the authors were trying to go for in making the concepts a part of a story; I admire their effort to make the book conversational in nature rather than dry. However I'd prefer to cut all the fluff- descriptions of dinner, fake conversations- and just give me the MEAT.
For this reason, this book has become a skimmer for me rather than a text to read thoroughly. I read the summary of concepts at the end of the chapters first, then filter through all of the attempts at storytelling to get deeper. But really, just give me the MEAT!
