So I used to enjoy buying the Kraft powder from Costco to add to my own pastas. When it was discontinued, I bought this as a replacement. Prepared as instructed, I found it tasteless, watery, and just... not good. And I had to put SO much in to get any flavor whatsoever, my pasta was an unnatural neon orange and clumpy (to add more milk would dilute it). To get that flavor you're looking for, the one you want is the Hoosier Hill Farm Big Daddy Mac. That said, if you have bought this one, it can be saved! Rather than using milk and butter, use plain Greek yogurt mixed with a little water to thin it out. It will add that bit of tang and make the sauce creamy.
