While this carseat is quite easy to install, and the latches are nice to prevent it sliding around when my child is buckling in, this carseat don't not last. We use this only as our secondary carseat (thus, it doesn't get a lot of use), and adjustable back part does not stay put. When we adjust it upward, it immediately falls back down with even the slightest bump. Hence, it's a safety hazard at this point. We have tried contacting Graco customer service, but their customer service is one of the slowest I've ever worked with. First, we tried e-mailing, but it took three weeks for an initial response. In the meantime, we called. They sent us an e-mail with a claim number and initially wanted our receipt. We e-mailed it back immediately. They took two weeks to respond. Then they wanted a video of the defect, which is a reasonable request, so again we e-mailed back within the day. It's going on three weeks now and we have received no reply. Save yourself the money and hassle and avoid this product. We have two other Graco carseats (the 4Ever ones) that we love, but this booster seat is a dud.
