Good trash bag for normal household trash. Period.

Definitely stronger and more tear resistant than some trash bags I have used. Strong enough for most household trash. Not as sturdy as some bags for yard waste, and definitely not as strong as the 45 gallon and 55 gallon "contractor" trash bags, so expect damage if you stuff the bag with sticks or put in a bunch of big nails and then stuff the bag. But not going to split open if you throw a few staples or chicken bones in. Not going to break open if Junior drags the bag as he takes it out to the trash can.
You can fill the bag full enough that you need to tug on the ties to get it to close and it will probably stretch enough to get it tied so that nothing falls out. I have done this several times with no problems, but of course it depends on what is in the bag. Do not fill it to the brim with bricks or rocks or anything else that is not compressible and expect to pull it closed with no problems. This bag is not magic. It is just a very well designed and made trash bag.
