I feel like it would make for a great play on stage, but as toward any reading of a play, one has to let the imagination run rampant as toward whats possible. If it's done I'm sure the technical aspects would be very difficult but done correctly would look amazing. I feel as if a lot of scenes go by fast, and I don't know if it's because I am a fast reader (probably) or I'm just not empathizing with the characters enough. There would need to be music playing in between scenes and always some sort of sound of suspense in order to heighten the stakes.
A very dark but honest and beautifully written play. My Level 3 BTEC performing arts students love it, this play has given them so much scope to apply a wide range of acting styles. Experimental theatre at its best. Very adaptable for female/male cast. Beware - there is a fair amount of shocking language and swearing - which is consistent with the play's characters and non gratuitous. A fantastic read! Some really gritty characters and a vampire story with a twist. Not usually into anything like this - AT ALL - however, a brilliant script for your 6th form students to get their teeth into! (Pardon the pun).
