If, by chance, a sermon might do you some good I suggest that you give it a try!

Coming from a far right Evangelical background the teachings in this book were very familiar; however, the author did take some liberties in his expounding on the root topic: love.
It's written in a manner that was a bit too "preachy", literally, and way too "churchy" for my taste. I was looking forward to something that expanded my mind- expounding my thinking- but instead I got an old fashioned Sunday morning lecture from a different pulpit, with basically the same old message.
This is, indeed, an easy read, I read it in under 30mins, with distractions. However, if you don't want a Sunday morning sermon this book is one to avoid.
If, by chance, a sermon might do you some good I suggest that you give it a try! It has many reiterations on the importance of good old fashioned love!
