Didn't work with my 2007 Pontiac G6, waste of money.

I have used many of these to program multiple vehicles that I have owned and my 4 kids have owned.
Never had issues prior to this one. The 2007 Pontiac G6 did have the ability to have a keyless entry
FOB system. I ended up having the key FOB's programmed professionally. Still cost me $70 to have this done.
I followed the specific instructions on the device, but I first got NO response when plugged into the OBD-II outlet. I would get a flashing red LED after the third attempt, and no response during the programming phase. After that, when plugged in I would get an ERROR code on the dash readout.
I then followed up with my professional snap-on code reader/scanner/tester and got NO response from the car Body Control Module. I had to pull the battery and fuses and then I could communicate with the BCM.
The programmer module would then again when plugged in, chime and flash a red LED. But no programming. Had the remote tested and it transmits fine, changed the FOB battery, no difference.
Complete waste of money and two weeks time.
