Great quality and play value

After doing a ton of research on these I went with the ecr4kids brand because of its great reputation in sturdiness and quality for this product. Our little guy is 8 months old and loves climbing. This set is perfect because it’s small enough to fit in our smaller play room but still allows him to climb safely. These stay together nicely with a Velcro strip across the bottom of each one and an extra piece of fabric that attaches to them. I like the versatility of being able to use them together or apart. The foam is well made and you can tell will hold up over time. My husband and I have both sat on them or stepped on them inadvertently with no alteration to the shape of the pieces. The material the covers them is thick and holds up to those ever growing fingernails the baby likes to scratch with. We do, however, try to keep our two cats away from them.

Overall, I can see this set being used for a long, long time. He’s already using the ramp to roll his cars and balls down. I’m sure I will be adding pieces to this and love that that’s an option.

Not worth it!!! :(

What a rip off, $75 dollars for foam padding geez... I don't see the value in spending $75 on foam steps and a wedge. Just throw down pillows and couch cushions and you get the same effect. Yes, they do seem well made but again I don't see the value in it. I hope you don't make the same mistake I made

I got this for my one year old twins. I picked this one mostly because it was the cheapest one I could find (these things are expensive!) but I’ve been really happy with it! It isn’t huge, but it helps them learn to climb and practice steps and they love it when we pull them down the slide (it’s not slippery enough to slide very fast on their own). Happy with it!

I usually look for trends in the negative reviews of an item I want to purchase, so I know that the concerns are legitimate. This one was mixed, but people mostly just complained about the size. My son is almost 7 months and he is ready to climb all over everything, which is why I bought this. It's just his size! (and he's average size, according to growth charts.) I was surprised at how hard the foam is, but it's still soft enough that I won't worry if he hits his head on it. It's not so tall that I'd be worried if he fell off. The velcro at the bottom is very tough, so the pieces don't come apart while playing. (However, there is nothing stopping them from separating at the top.) My only real concern is that it slides along the carpet, so when he's trying to get on, he struggles. I'm hoping that won't be an issue as he gets more experienced with climbing. I think it's a great toy, and Is recommend it to anyone with an active baby. One last comment: I would say it shouldn't cost more than $50 (it is just plastic-covered foam, after all).

This product is sturdy and firm, you may also say the foam is hard. For a 7 month baby, it is a bit difficult to maneuver, but a good learning opportunity as well.

We went a bit creative to use a diaper package box as a middle uplifted platform and it works well. From here, you can DIY a lot of stuffs, such as using cardboard box to make your own crawl through tunnel.

That’s why we choose this simple and basic product set, with a stair and a slide. So that we can expand the portfolio as we want and save some serious budget.

So far very pleased with this purchase. Be sure to protect your little one’s head as he/she may fall off this product occasionally.

Bought this for my sons 1 year b day and he loves it. Loves to climb it and slide head first down. Sturdy enough for him and even his older cousins who like to stand and horseplay with them. Only thing I dislike is that I transported it to his cousins house and I dropped the Velcro on bottom :( I guess I have to order replacement Velcro but this is definitely one of the best purchases we made for our son! Worth every penny. Will definitely be buying more of this brand as time goes on. Would love adding to it. Also easy to wipe clean with his drool and snack hands. Thank you for a quality product!!

I love how sturdy this is. It says theirs a weight limit, but even with passing the weight here and there, it bounces back. I've had mine for years. It was use to climb, slide, step, walk, and more. It's useful for all ages. My only complaint is the velcro after the years don't work as well, but that is to be expected and wish it was interchangeable with other pieces. One the best buys and must haves. It's easy to clean too.

Best thing I ever bought for our 15 month old granddaughter. I set it up as a set of steps going up to the couch and a ramp going up to the couch. She climbs up on the couch and then slides down the ramp. She loves it and uses it all day. I almost didn't buy it because I thought it was a little expensive but I am so glad now that we got it.

It's a big hit, but just a couple of things they couldn've done better.
1) Made the velcro on the bottom a little wider, so the two foam pieces would stay together better.
2) Put a more gripable material on the bottom, so it won't slide around the floor as much.

Since there is nothing non-skid on the bottom of these, they will slide all over your floor/mat, so something to be mindful of. These are perhaps a little smaller/lighter weight than climbing mats you might see at a children's gym but they are sufficient for home play. Our 15 month old loves this though! She slides/climbs and will just pull a toy up to the ledge and sit on the little step. Overall a great Christmas gift.
