UPDATED: working through Panda, I was able to return to them and get a refund. Even though the device failed for me, I was extremely satisfied with their tech support and their willingness to accept a return. ORIGINAL: I don't know if this was just a bad device or if you might have a problem with it, but it failed for me. It installed and connected easily but wouldn't stay connected for more than 15 minutes at which point I had to disable and re-enable to get connectivity back. I have to say their tech support was great. They would respond in just a few hours with suggestions. However, despite following all their advice, the device became more and more useless. Ultimately I couldn't go more than a minute until connection failure. Completely unusable in the end. I suspect my device was bad, but according to Amazon, the time has passed so I can't return. If you decide to buy start having issues, return ASAP.
