To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzes reviews to verify trustworthiness.
I started this book but could not finish it. It started well but then the girl was injured by a piece of aluminum from an airplane made of fabric and wood. From there the story went down hill quickly until I could not stand it any longer.I can not recommend this story to anyone.
I have given three stars for the book and it DOES have potential to be a great story. Sadly, sentence structure (too short), grammar, spelling, and formatting lets this book down. I enjoy WW2 stories but couldn't see past all the let downs & just wanted to correct everything, including German spelling mistakes "mien gott" instead of "Mein Gott" - I have a limited knowledge of the German language but know enough to recognise simple mistakes! I downloaded this book when it was free and would have been mad paying a crazy price to read so many mistakes. I would advise author of fixing the issues, asking a friend or two to read over chapters for him. I would have happily fixed it all myself! Would recommend this book IF it was all nice & tidy.
Historically inaccurate detail inaccurate the author needs to research the facts. It is badly written inappropriate use of words no depth to writing. No exploration of character. I would advise anyone not to waste their time or money.
