I have had this machine for three weeks with about 10 hours of use so far and we are very happy with our purchase. My son is in high school and we needed a machine that could throw all the quality pitches you see at that level. This machine does that and more. The machine was easy to assemble out of the box. You just needed to bolt on the ball chute and wheels for transporting. Once assembled we adjusted the machine for leather baseballs which again was easy. The manual was lacking and not much help but the machine is designed well enough that it was pretty easy to figure it out. The machine is very accurate with decent balls, but as well documented, the quality of balls used is a big factor in any machines accuracy performance. Using the machine is easy. The speed , spin direction and spin speed all work as advertised and make changing pitches a breeze. The vertical and horizontal dials are also easy to adjust, going from a fastball to a curve requires only a small up and to the right/left adjustment and you are back in the strike zone. We decided on this machine over the hack attack because this machine was 50 pounds lighter and we needed to transport it from our house to the field for each use. Even though It is lighter it is still 120 pounds and takes some strength to lift and drop, it is bulky. It is easier with 2 people. To help with moving this machine I did end up making and bolting on two handles since there was no convientant place to grab the machine while on the ground, that helped a lot and would recommend to Rawlings that they add handles as an improvement. One negative was the rubber end caps on each leg was not steel reinforced so the legs with that weight cut through the ends in less than a week. I ended up buying some steel reinforced ends for 5 bucks and solved that problem, but for 3 grand+ I would expect the manufacturer to have better caps.
As for performance I give this machine 5 stars but rated it 4 due to end cap issue and no handles to help with moving it. Both easy items to fix if the designers/ engineers would actually use their products.(A problem with many designs on too many products these days).
All in all we took a chance on this machine with there currently being not too much information online since it's pretty new and are very happy with the purchase. It's a top of the line machine that can throw any pitch needed and is still light enough to transport.

This machine is by far the best out there! I absolutely love it. It's design is great, the accuracy is unrivaled, it hits 100 mph, and it is candy red!!! I bought this machine for my son and I because I wanted a machine that is extremely accurate, consistent, and could pitch every pitch out there. This does that and I love it. I will be making a video review soon, so you can see it's accuracy. Just as an example, I can place a ball on a tee 60 ft away and hit it no problem.
