Hands down the best Vegan plant protein on the market for diabetics. This protein powder keeps my blood sugar stable and provides hunger relief for about 4 hours which is impressive. I typical use a morning or afternoon meal replacement. The recipe as follows: 1 scoop of protein powder,
12 ounces of unsweetened Almond milk, 1/2 cup of frozen berries any variety, 1 TBL of raw Cacao powder (my preferred brand is listed in my review history), 1 TBL of Almond butter or raw walnuts, 1 TBL of raw Flax seeds, 1 tsp of cinnamon, and optional 1/2 cup of raw organic kale. You also save money when compared to buying Vega's whole meal replacement.
