This is a descent albeit slight insight into the training of an elite. This is not a technical book (it's easy reading) and you only get a peek at Meb's training. The biggest section of the book covers drills which is quite useful.
If you are looking for a do as I do book then you will like this, if you are looking for a little bit more detail then I think you, like me, will be left a little disappointed. I was hoping for some meaty details about long runs and track sessions. You get some details, but just not enough - I wanted splits, intervals, heart rates etc....
