A collection of previous books by Dr. Hatfield. Nothing new.

I received the book yesterday and I finished reading it today. I have a lot of respect to Dr. Hatfield but I must say that this was the least informative books that he authored. In my opinion, the book draws its content from three books authored by Dr. Hatfield, namely: (1) The Complete Guide to Power Training, (2) Power: A Scientific Approach, and (3) Bodybuilding: A Scientific Approach. Sorry, but there's nothing new in the book. I will have to return it.
This is my second review after getting a good read of the book. I must say it is a very good book, BUT, it definitely could be much better. To me, Dr. Hatfield's books were always original in their content so I guess my first review was based on the benchmark I set. It is a very good book but I hope the next one would be excellent as expected from an authority like Dr. Hatfield.
