After hours of research, I bought the generator because of the great reviews, cost, and customer service kudos. And I am not disappointed. It arrived a few days before one of our several power outages the past few months, and has worked flawlessly for over 20 hours now. I put gas with preserver in the tank when I got it, and did exactly what the manual said to do to get it ready. It started up on the first pull, and has done everything that it is rated for. I start it up every 2-3 weeks, for about 10 minutes, just to keep it "ready". Every time that I start it up, it starts up with one pull. And runs very smoothly. No hesitation, ever. And I bought a WEN cover for it, one size down from Amazon recommendation-which fits perfect. Easy generator to move around, start up, maintain and use. I will note that most of the WEN service entities that they have on their website for our area (Puget Sound, WA) don't exist, or no longer work on them. That could be a problem if/when I need that service within the two year warranty, or beyond. But I would definitely recommend this unit.
