Poor quality. Used about 6 times and already has holes. Not enough padding protection for knees

PROS: It has a good length 8 inch and it doesn't fall down like my older Mizuno knee pad when I'm sliding on the volleyball court (I'm not sure if it's because it's still new so it's not that stretched out that much yet).
CONS: Poor quality. Not enough padding which is the most important part of the knee pad. I knelt digging a ball while playing volleyball and it wasn't even a hard dig kneeling but I felt the hard floor against my knees pretty hard. It bruised up my knee pretty bad. I had an old Mizuno knee pad that have thicker knee padding and this one wasn't enough protection. My older knee padding is shorter though and kept getting out of position when I'm sliding on the floor, that's why I bought this one because of it's length.
Overall: Used about 6 times and already has holes. It stays in the same knee position when digging and sliding, and I don't always have to keep adjusting it up, but the padding is of poor quality and not enough to protect your knees. Would not recommend.
