Delicious, Healthy, Fast, Easy Meals!!

I ordered this cookbook after seeing Lisa on Dr Oz. I don't write many reviews but, feel like this book deserves one! I love the easy quick, creative recipes, all that I have tried have been excellent!! I need to get healthy and lose about 50 lbs. I lost 10lbs in the first 6 days! Literally the name of the book Hungry Girl is what sold me on it, never have I been hungry and some days dont get 3 snacks in because I'm full! I cannot say enough about this plan, lots of normal food that most people have on hand. Vegetable dishes that I would have never dreamed of, great for dieters or just getting more veggies in your diet. It does take some planning, I went thru the book on the first day and picked some recipes that had common ingredients. I had a short grocery list, it really is just normal foods that you alreay have/ use. The portions are huge and there are many vegan and vegetarian options along with plenty of meat too.The recipes are organized in sections: Breakfast, then Lunch/Dinner, and finally tons of awesome snacks and handy shopping tips. Try It!!!
