Great addition to cookbook collection but you probably won’t find many new favorites

A marvelous anthology for fans of Giada: whole meals planned out from start to finish, including holidays, meatless, etc. If you are not very familiar with Giada this is a great introduction to her basic style. Only diehard Giada fans will likely actually make many of these dishes, as they rely heavily on ingredients most Americans are not familiar with and have strong flavours (fennel, fresh not dried basil and thyme, anchovy paste).
