Action packed is almost too tame a word to describe what went on in these pages. So much so I had to stop and catch my breath several times while reading. We have many of the same wonderful humorously bantering characters as in the previous books along with characters that were previously mentioned but not in the forefront of the action. Then we have new characters that posed a real threat to Iskandians. Ms Boruker deftly incorporates them into this book which lead us to believe that things could very well turn south. However, there is also hope that maybe things will change for the better. These twists and turns keep us guessing at what may come so we either shout ‘YESSS!’ when they were close to our surmised thoughts or we were totally stumped when the plot took a turn. Either way, you will find this book greatly entertaining and leave you definitely wanting more.
