I give the Captain America comic 5 stars.
This is a WWII based Cap comic using the Howling Commandos as we see them in the First Avenger movie, but without Bucky. That part was a bummer, but the comic itself was really good. I liked the art a lot. Lots of featured action for Cap and strategy for the team. And Hydra like Woah!
This was they way I like Captain America best. It was fun, adventurous, and Cap was the consummate good guy. It was awesome.
They do get Falsworth's name wrong a couple of times though and that was irritating.
I give the Thor comic 4 stars.
I liked the artwork in this one, too, but not as much.
The story is set when Thor and Loki were much younger, though not back as far as when they were kids.
It takes place in the land of the Dark Elves, with Sif, Hogun, Volstagg, & Fandral.
Sif is the best, Hogan is cool, Fandral is hilarious, Loki is surprisingly not awful, and Thor is a giant douche nozzle which is why I rarely read any of his comics. The ending was great though.
Overall I think together these were awesome enough for 5 stars.
