If your mechanically inclined or at least know how to put a square peg into a round hole you should be able to install this with no problem pretty self-explanatory once the door panels come off be sure to read if yours comes with or without a motor on the description very happy with this comic so far
I’m gonna start off by saying I am not mechanically inclined at all. I usually always ask one of my guy friends when it comes to anything car related but this time around I wanted to give it a shot just to see if I can. The original regulator I had, the clips that held the window broke off, i ordered this Friday evening and got it pretty quick. Installed it shortly after I received it, I had no issues getting it in, putting the old motor on it or screwing it back in. My window is working again :)
Perfect fit, fairly easy to install, doesn’t cone with instructions but just google it and plenty of YouTube videos to walk you through it. Had it out, in and working in less than 90 minutes. Have now replaced both driver and passenger regulator.
Why did I ever think that I could rebuild and old assembly after ordering this and installing so darn quickly and easily? I highly recommend to buy this product and don't waste your time trying to rebuild your old one.
Rolling the window up one day, and it sounded like the whole regulator fell apart. The motor was still good, so this product was exactly what I needed. I got an estimate from the dealer and a shop, they were hundreds of dollars. I fixed it myself, and it only cost me the price of this part (~$50). I looked up how to replace on YouTube, and it was too easy.
