Coffee is great! But here's the trick with these k-cups...
Reviewed in the United States on April 4, 2018
The k-cups are made from plastic that is either too hard or too thick...this is not your normal k-cup. By simply putting in the k-cup and closing the top down on it often times does not puncture the bottom of the cup properly in order for it to create the proper flow. The trick is, once you place your k-cup in its holder, you need to first manually press it down with your fingers around the top rim of the k-cup to puncture it fully, then close the top as normal. If you don't do this first, you run the risk of causing all the problems the 1-star reviews have had. Once you can get through this, the coffee is very good, nice variety of different flavors and good selection of strong and bold flavors!
