Good ideas , but a bit outdated in the light of emerging studies and areas of health . Saturated fats are pretty essential and not bad ( latest research even mainstream ) recognises LDL has good and bad and the bad is more influenced by processed foods & sugar than fat. Since the human genome was mapped in 2003 , epigenetics is a new way of looking at your health - and while in it's infancy for doing something about your health , it will be the future of health. Consider if you eat high antioxidant foods and you have a genetic issue with Oxalic acid: eating many of those foods may be bad for you. Kombucha and fermented foods are high histamine - and if you have an issue with processing histamine these could actually be bad for you. From a secular perspective - for something to be epigenetically observed , it must be observed to the 4th generation ( sound familiar? sins of the fathers.. )
I am not personally into vaccines - but I would say it is very dangerous to comment whether you are for or against them - because of your authority people will take whatever you say as an authority on the subject. I really don't know enough about vaccines to comment - and I don't think it should be done in a book like this.
