"50 Fitness Tips" is more than just a fitness book; it has a strong focus on healthy eating, herbs, and what you should avoid as far as emotional food cravings go. I'll admit that I don't do as much training as I want to, but even if you don'T work out very much, you'll definitely gain a lot from this book in terms of the suggestions and powerful tips Derek delivers on eating such as cooking your meals, salads, and what healthy snacks to eat. This book is packed with lots of health information I had no idea about and that I could be applying to my daily life by just being aware of what I'm eating.
For the low price this book is sold for, it is a definite resource that is already saving me money and I feel better after trying a few of the suggestions discussed.
