I am giving this book a 1 star because I have never gotten a book that is more difficult to read, follow, and understand. You would think a title "Excel for dummies" would be written at the introductory level, not the technical guru level. I can not use this book. My problems began when I opened the book. The print is so small you need a microscope to read it. My next problem came when I tried to get basic information from it...like where do I start and what do I do to learn how to write a basic spreadsheet...and that is about the time I got very frustrated and gave up. The author is a PH. D. and wrote this for PH. D'ers in Excel. Oh, and did I say that nowhere in the ad did it say you must have a Windows computer running a specific version of Excel in order to use the material he has in the book. I don't and what the copy of Excel I have looks nothing like what he wrote about.
