Kate has been through so much. Her mom and uncle were both in prison, she'd undergone treatment for cancer and she lived on her mom's unproductive blueberry barrens. Kate had recently found out that she had a twin, Claire, and was so thankful they lived in the same town now. Drake's brother and sister in law both died. The sheriff ruled it a murder/suicide, but Drake couldn't believe that. He now has custody of his two young nieces. When he decides to leave Boston to investigate their murders himself, he needs a summer rental and a nanny for the girls. This is a story of God putting people in the right place at the right time. Kate has realized that she has a stalker, but is he the killer? How did Uncle Paul escape prison and why did he come back? Who's the killer working for and can he really make himself murder two little girls? This is a book of romance and "edge of your seat" suspense! There were so many twists and turns in the story that I had trouble putting the book down! Through the whole book, Colleen shows how God gives us self worth and confidence so we can truly live life.
