It's a well made and easy to use/handle polisher. It's not heavy so it makes it easy when working in the awkward angles. Before purchasing this Torqx, I did a lot of research in comparison with similar models, specially the Porter Cable. So I decided to go with this one after reading good comments about it. I bought the bundle pack with 3 pads and 4 of the V polishes, and an additional micro fiber cutting pad from Chemical guys website. I'm honestly not very content with the Torqx, it doesn't have a whole lot of cutting power to perform paint corrections. It is not powerful in my opinion to do so, you can only use the polisher very slow and careful with your passes to perform the correction. This would be a great polisher for someone new to polishing, just to get the hang of things. I wish Chemical Guys would offer a customer satisfaction program where if you are dissatisfied with your item, you can return it for another or get store credit. I emailed Chemical Guys customer service and explained that I wasn't happy with my new purchase, and they just responded withe return policy link, so since it's been opened and used, there is nothing they can do. I obviously had to use it first to see if it worked for me right? So if you're looking for a strong polisher that's going to perform paint corrections in minimal time, get a higher model than this. If this is your first time buying/using a polisher then this is for you. I tried posting this review on the Chemical Guys website, but it was not approved. It's funny how they pick and choose their customer's reviews in order to make it seem like their products have no flaws. It's not fair that they don't let their customers voice their true opinions.
