13 color pages seems to be accurate

After much research I found out why this ink cartridge doesn’t produce nowhere near the amount of colored pages described. For people like me that don’t know much about percentage of color coverage per page and types of paper used (matte, glossy, plain) to the specific ink cartridge purchased one would think we’d get at least 60 color ink pages from the 1 color cartridge. I was printing 80%+ color coverage pages to create customized chip bags and ran out of ink after about 13 full color pages even with photocopying the original print I still ran out of color ink. I found out depending on the type of paper, printer, and the quality you set your print job to and other factors that 13 color page (80 percent coverage of a page or more) for this color cartridge ink is indeed accurate.

HP needs to put more ink into their cartridges

I own two different HP printers, and each take a different model number for their replacement cartridges. I am getting about 1/3 as much printing done with each of the cartridges as I did a few short years ago. Sad when a company cuts corners on manufacturing their product, but doesn't reflect that change in their pricing.

I have always purchased the HP Ink Jet cartridges for my HP Envy 5055, and when I put them in today, because it was time to replace them, the test paper I received was in light blue. So I rechecked to see if I put them in correctly, which I did and proceeded to do another test and the same exact problem persisted.
I, immediately, went on Amazon site and decided I would order a different brand, because just attempting to order HP ink jet cartridges was becoming almost near to impossible. I finally was able to order HP's, because the minute I put new cartridges in, I reorder a new set so I always have them in the house when needed. I, am certainly, hoping that you will give me a refund. I saved the boxes they came in, to tell me what the next step is. I, am, also going to contact Amazon by phone, so this problem can be addressed. Thank you.

My printers do not recognize this product. Purchase at the end of October, just tries to use it and it says "ink not recognized" for the color and the black ink that I bought on Amazon. They are probably expired or something. Very frustrating to not be able to print when you need to. Tries it on two different printers.

I was really upset that after I recieved my ink it did not work at all. I ordered color ink as well as black ink for my printer and as soon as I installed it did not work properly. It kept showing lines and off colors. I printer various times trying to see if the color got better and it never did. I finally printed a page that shows me the ink levels and it wasn't showing the color red at all. The ink I recieved did not contain red in it and that's why ever print came out bad!! Ink is expensive and I pretty much run out of my black in reprinting trying to get a better print as well as my color. So upsetting! Money straight to the trash. Not fair Amazon!!!

I have owned this printer for 2 years and I have probably spent 300$ or more on ink. These last ink cartridges I ordered only printed 19 pages before they ran out! I am now looking for a different printer. Because who can afford to keep putting ink in a printer that cost 25$. It's rediculous. I'm so mad right now.

Stopped working after 3 months of infrequent use

I print mostly in black and white, so I was shocked when my printer stopped working because it "can't read" or "shows empty" on this cartridge with my 3700 series printer. I purchased this in January 2021 and print approximately 1 page per week, so this cartridge and the black cartridge get very light use; no issues with the black. I believe I received a defective or empty cartridge, but with only 30 days to return, there is no recourse. Buyer beware.

Do not Buy this poor product

After loading this product it printed about 35 pages and was empty; would not print only poor quality discolored ink. I call representative and was informed because I purchased it in April it was beyond return status and nothing they could do. Poor customer representation of product that has been bought many times before. Meanwhile I have a product that is of no use. I want a replacement or credit to my account for this product that did not preform as expected. After four days still no contact or follow-up. I did receive a email informing me that they would be in touch; not, poor customer service and poor products. I had to give them one star so this review would submit otherwise it would be less.
