The scientific background is complete. Explanations are easy to follow and the recipes are great. But I can't give five stars for three reasons: First it's impossible to recover height in someone who was affected by osteoporosis (Samantha's Story).
Second, I think was a mistake of Dr. O'Bryan, but low skin flow of blood is not the aetiology of psoriasis and vitiligo. The last one, for me is the most important reason; it sounds terrible when Dr. O'Bryan makes marketing of his products. I think if someone bought the book it's probably that he or she will follow the protocol and then, visit the web page and see his products. But making marketing is not the right way to practice medicine is like going to a scientific or medical conference and being sorrounding by pharmaceutical propaganda (and actually it hapens and common in the medical corporation, different from a functional medicine practitioner). I'm sorry Dr. O'Bryan, I know you are a good professional, but this was my own point of view. Thank you anyway to teach people about the impact of nutrition, lifestyle and specifically gluten in our health.
