I can't recommend these highly enough

We got these books for my daughter and they are fabulous! My husband works in nuclear physics professionally and was impressed by the level of detail and thought that went into Baby Loves Quarks. And we both laughed out loud about the bird's adventures in Baby Loves Aerospace Engineering. My daughter isn't old enough to understand the concepts yet, but she enjoys the simple, bold colors in the book. Baby Loves Quarks and Baby Loves Aerospace Engineering are actually two of the few books she actively opens and flips through because they're so attractive visually. We can't wait for the next 2 books in the series to come out in September! I can't recommend these highly enough.

Not bad, could be a little more compelling.

My 15 month old son seems to like the illustrations, but I wouldn't say that the book/story itself is compelling enough to keep him interested. He usually seems to lose interest before we get to the end. However, I do often find him with this book, looking at the one page with all the things that "natures likes to build." I think he particularly likes the images on that page.

Great Science Book That is ACTUALLY for Babies!

This book is perfect FOR BABIES. We have a four year old and ten month old..the ten month old LOVES this book. We read it and then she hands it to us to read it again. We got this just before going on a trip that involved a ridiculously long plane trip. I think everyone within hearing radius of us on the plane could recite this book , given that we read it about 150 times! It's short and cute and basically just introduces the concepts of quarks, nucleus (of an atom), atoms and molecules. My four year old has already memorized it and loves to "read" it to his sister. We have some other (fill in the blank) for babies type books, but a lot of them are actually for older kids, this is actually for babies and gets my baby's stamp (or drool) of approval!

Our 3 year old grandson loves this simple yet fun book. Author doesn’t try to teach science but rather gives basic information in easy to understand and fun ways. I knew he understood when, after a few times reading it to him, he said, grandpa, I just swallowed some Quarks when I just drank my water. He said they held hands all the way down.

Fun introduction to physics for the littlest ones. It is a cute story that doesn't dwell too much on science, but presents a hook that opens the door for discussions as your child grows.

After we bought this for us, I bought another copy as a gift for my friend's kids. My friend is a physicist, and loved this book so much he took it with him the next time he went to a conference to show all of his colleagues.

Good book in a great series

Often the "baby science" genre is really for adults and doesn't present the material in an interesting way for a toddler or infant. I was a little worried that the topic for this one would be too technical. I should have trusted the authors! It's a great introduction to the idea of things being made of other categories of things, and it introduces quarks, atoms, and molecules in a fun way.

My 2 year old daughter and I have read every book in this series except Quantum Physics (yet!) and would enthusiastically recommend all of them except maybe Green Energy (which my daughter doesn't mind, but I found a bit reductive). Baby Loves Coding is by far her favorite, while mine is probably Baby Loves Thermodynamics.

I've been on a science baby book kick for the last year or so, and I love this one! The drawings are cute and colorful, the explanation simple, and reading this book gave us adults new insight too!

We noticed that the quarks looked to be different configurations in the protons and electrons, but didn't know why... So 3 adults set out on an online mission to understand more about nature's building blocks.

Oh yeah, I should probably mention that my 20 month old child also enjoys reading this book. :-)

We've been fans of Chris Ferrie's Baby University books, but the layout and simplicity of explanation in this one wins it for me.

This is a fun book. My 20 month old daughter really likes reading it for some reason, though I know she has no idea what a quark really is. The book shows a baby building with blocks and compares it to the universe using quarks/atoms to build things. Overall I would recommend it as a good book to introduce science at a young age.
