My child loved this set! It let his doll have a dog that looked a lot like our own golden retriever. Unfortunately, goldens don't like competition so she tore out its stuffing and ate the eyes like a cannibalistic beast. My child had a level 5 crying fit, so this is clearly a great product. As long as you don't have a jealous dog.

So-so gift

I bought this as a birthday gift. The packaging makes the item look really cheap. The toy itself is okay, though the pup is not symmetrical - one ear is bigger. I would have chosen differently had I realized the issues.

My daughter has had this set for a little over a year, she got it when she was 3. She still plays with it all the time! She doesn’t have an AG doll, she just plays with this set on its own. She loves brushing her dog, feeding her, giving her treats, putting her to bed...this is great for creative play & has held up SO WELL.
